  2.  @lostsoul1813  Sure, they are predators, but they are small in size. So, any bigger predator can hunt them. I'm sure that their life in nature is very difficult, especially in winter, when deep snow prevents them from running fast.

  5.  @lostsoul1813  I'm just saying that nature is not always the best option. And it;'s a fact that animals in nature live shorter lives, than the ones, cared for by people. And this animal is already extinct, it obviously needs human help i in order to survive.
