He did not give him reason to be scared full Psychology training for cops and Child Development training too into adulthood to know how to assess situations if you are scared find another job period yes job is dangerous so he could have called back up and wait till the other cop came to approach if he was that scared...

75 percent of black and white male/female in jail and they are in there for marijuana spliff buying to smoke and smoking weed and other serious charges planted...legalize marijuana let the young men out wipe their slate clean and rehabilitate them in society by providing medical care for mental health...make vocational and community colleges free in every state so they can get a start to obtaining secondary education as a path to obtaining their Bachelors and Masters degree...wake up Slowmerica stop fighting unnecessary and never ending wars and spend the money on people so they can be productive in society...protect airports/ports/borders and allow humanity to survive...food..clothing...shelter basic necessities in life for human survival...

C Lee Follow protocol License and registration and only if the person displays excessive combative behavior with discretion should he proceed with arrest there was no need for that he cuffed him right away no questions asked but sobriety check with no reason to cuff him...

steven laughs I wanna agree but all cops need full Psychology training so they need to make it mandatory in getting Criminal Justice degree and full training for anyone fresh out of high school into law enforcement so they can learn to assess situations correctly and stop abusing people on the road and traffic stops...not kill first and find out later...
