A portion of us single women enjoy a more solitary life than some others, & have job choices that are motivated by our giftings, not earning potential. Some of us live simply, but entertain ourselves with a rich inner life. It's also important for guys to remember that some of the women who have so much "going on" are also the ones who cannot be alone with themselves & are actually the ones who "need all these things" from others, a man in their life, included.

  20. I adopted my small dog from a no kill shelter. Her previous guardian moved from a large house with land to run on & a larger companion dog to a small apartment where she was left alone all day & guess what?--the dog who also happens to be highly intelligent & not low energy became neurotic & destructive. If she were a person they'd definitely want to medicate her. So they gave her up. She was a mess when i got her, but with a little time, love, structure, & patience, her true self emerged as the smartest, sweetest dog ive had the pleasure to know. Everyone loves her. Shes no longer destructive or neurotic, but still has the same needs to be met: Positive mental & emotional stimulation, play, & lots of time outside. Everyone has true needs that medication cannot fill. Not saying there isn't a time & a place for it, but its being put out to try to fill too many times & places, thats all.

Male physical appearance is one component of female attraction. The degree varies by individual & is less of a percentage in overall attraction than compared to the much more visually stimulated average guy. There is so much more that goes into female interest/attraction. Its the Soul (mind, will, emotion) of a man which quickens his mortal body. I'm in this process now & have been since i decided to stop working four months ago, for the time being & move back home to help take care of & be with my Mom who was in end stage ALS. She passed on the 12th of this month in my arms, with my Siblings & Dad also by her side. I've experienced various traumas in my life, but i'm finding losing your Mom, especially with an illness such as hers, is profound in a different sort of way considering she's a figure we were literally connected to from our beginning. ( I have been the caregiver for a woman with it before, which thankfully helped me prepare on some level-- That, & full assurance i'll see her again.) Even though me & my Mom didn't have the ideal relationship, a Mother is the heart of a home & there is a marked echo of emptiness without her presence. Your channel has been a Haven every day for me since i was sent a video towards the end of Feb. It came at the time most needed & i've remained a Moth to your warm, bright flame. Two of my family members died in a car wreck from the fault of another driver on Christmas Day when i was a child. Then during my time as both a professional & a private caregiver, I've been there with hospice patients while they passed--the last one literally in my arms. (She was at peace & I saw this time a life ready to go at the end of her course.) I think no matter our prior experience or the relation to the person, have that certain feeling of introspection on life we only feel after a funeral, but it fades for most people & they, we, forget to live. I can't say those women are incapable of ever having a healthy, loving, committed, long term relationship with a good man, but I'd be surprised if many were & suspect studies on it would only confirm this. Then again, they probably wouldn't be with a good man to begin with either by her choice or his, but i suppose it happens sometimes. Also, If a woman's not climaxing with her mate she needs to either do it herself, or ideally help her man know how to make it happen. Sexual satisfaction has zero bearing on loyalty & commitment for a woman who isn't a walking red flag quilt display, so i don't want guys to feel like they have to be the equivalent of a Porn star to keep a woman "happy." Back when I worked at an assisted living facility caring for elderly & disabled people, one of the elderly gentlemen on my list to watch over when he showered to be sure he didn't fall, was a D-day paratrooper Veteran who later worked on NASA's early Rocket program. He was advanced in age, used a cane, & wore an eye patch. I'd help him dry his back, legs, & feet. Lay out an outfit & help where needed. I'd also spend time visiting with him when i was caught up on other work & had a little time to spare. (At that time i worked 3rd shift, so this was early morning, before their breakfast.) One day after drying his feet & starting to help with socks, i noticed his toe nails needed to be cut; he said something about setting up a pedicure appoint, as we weren't allowed to do that for them, but since I knew he wasn't diabetic I offered to do it for him if he wouldn't tell anyone. It was nothing special, but he had tears running down his face as I finished trimming them. I'll never forget that.   Later on he told me he had his son gets me something to say how much he appreciated me. I told him we weren't allowed to accept gifts, but he insisted. It was gold earrings. It would have hurt him if I didn't accept them, so I did. It meant a lot to me, but his tears that one prior day said & meant even more than the gold earrings because it conveyed how his heart felt in the purest possible way.      If you're asking for advice, every person & situation is different. Whether a "thanks", a gesture of some kind which could be a gift, or can sometimes be expressed with no words at all--a warm look & a little smile, however you do it,  just earnestly conveying your appreciation can mean so much.

I think that's a lot of the issue you bring up-- Sometimes both parties believe the other is supposed to pursue. It can be confusing. If you haven't already, have a look through his video titles starting oldest to newest. There are free crisis & suicide prevention hot lines you can call. Even ones for specific segments of society like veterans. They will all pop up with an online search. I tried putting some of them in my comment, but YouTube preventing the #'s from posting.
