36 raw eggs a day I eat, throughout the day, I drink 1 gallon of milk a day, throughout the day, I eat two to three steaks a day, then in between all that, I eat sardines, oysters, real cheese, whole milk yogurt, some cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, almonds, pecans, walnuts, real peanut butter, and a variety of other protein foods and I eat these things all day long! I eat every hour and a half, and I take in approximately, 9000 calories a day! I'm a bodybuilder, and two years ago, I weighed 120 pounds and today I weigh 265.9 pounds, with a 32in waist! I do blood work every 3 months and everything is where it should be! Doctor said they'd ever seen anybody so healthy as I am! I workout 7 days a week, approximately 2 hours a day with weights! I'm a big dude! When I get off my Harley and take my shirt off, people's jaws drop, and you can see the intimidation in their faces, because of my size and being a biker, adds to the intimidation factor! My diet is mostly carnivore, with very few vegetables and hardly any fruits, because of the sugar factor! I don't eat no sweets, no sodas, just real good wholesome food and I am extremely strong because of my diet and my bodybuilding program! Eggs are like steroids, check out Vince Gironda's 36 egg a day diet and you can find him on YouTube! He trained all the great bodybuilders and celebrities! Not too many people my size, let alone smaller individuals, have a 32-inch waist! But I workout hard with weights and then I eat all day long after that! The point I'm trying to get across here is that the food I eat, is really good for me and it will be good for you! Just that you don't have to eat as much as I do! Just eat good wholesome food and you don't have to spend a lot of time looking at labels, as long as it doesn't come out of a box! By the way, if any of you are into, bodybuilding, always rest 2 to 4 minutes between sets! That will make you big! It gives your body enough time to recuperate to push more weights, which is very important for size! Don't do 30 seconds like a lot a of bodybuilders tell you to do, because most of them are on steroids and if they follow my principles, they would be even bigger than they are now and as a biker, it's almost imperative that you be big! When I was 120 pounds I was a biker, but I knew how to handle myself, if you know what I mean, but I wanted to catch up to the other guys because the smallest guy in our club and we have 300 members, weighs 250 lbs and that isn't small! Now I fit right in and I have a lot of extra weight to throw around, if you get my drift! As far as cardio is concerned, I don't do any, and the only cardio I get, is when we practice hand-to-hand combat, but I don't do it for the cardio affect, it's for survival purposes and if you were a biker you would know what I'm talking about! Take a look at that food list I mentioned and incorporate that into your diet and you will feel like you can conquer the world! Hope that's been of some help and May the hand of God be with you forever!
