  1. For the first time I am left to wondering if Sachs works for the CIA. The Chinese love their flattery yet Sachs seems to be offering advice that over the long term will make China unpopular worldwide.

  4. Russia invades Ukraine and China threatens Taiwan and launches missiles at Japan and they are a force for peace... If Africa thinks China is spending a fortune on them out of the kindness of their hearts, they should think again.

  5. Sachs blew when he said China should devalue their currency. This advice by any standard is anti-American and over the long term will damage China's relations with the rest of the world.
