  1. Not solely the British Empire but the West as a collective. When I want to get under the skin of the oppressed types I like to remind them the accomplishments of Europe (and with it the U.S.) moved the world forward at a rate and depth not witnessed before in history. Many of the complaints are really envy but the oppressed types should appreciate they got to go along for the ride. And if they complain further, tell them to turn off their computer and shut the lights off. And you can't complain about it, you're not entitled to freedom of speech.

Her family moved to the U.S., they are not native to the American mainland. One must enjoy the irony. Then again, she's sort of cute so that runs cover for her variety of intellectual shortcomings.

A better example might be the Obama Administration and the Ukraine investigation that caused the bankruptcy of a few people marked for destruction. We have already have seen how the FBI misused the FISA courts and William Barr is now investigating the parties involved. Trump claimed he was spied on by the FBI and it appears he was correct. The dog and pony show the Democrats ran on impeachment was probably an attempt to run cover for the Obama Administration. How much did the Barack know? At this point we can not say but if he was aware of what the FBI was doing and approved of it, it can be said Barack DID break the law.

They get paid well and have great benefits. After they leave office they go into the movie industry or academia. The results speak for themselves.
