  2. No Rufo, you do not spend endless hours wallowing all over the past. You teach kids to compete in the world. A Chinese well educated in the sciences will be getting the job any day of the week before any black kid who read about slavery. This is where Rufo ALWAYS drops the ball.

  5. The American legal system isn't that racist but saying so it does make for good copy. The primary purpose of the American legal system is to make sure lawyers eat well. And then we have the U.S. Congress which is packed with lawyers writing the laws. Hmmmm... no conflict of interest there.
