I just had a mail carrier take a package from, didn't bother to scan it (as he should have and I requested) then tossed the package into the back of his van where it landed with a nice thud and went on his way. They want $25 billion for that type of service.

@Will Grello Sorry, the package is to be scanned on pick up. If the post office loses the package there may be no proof of mailing. I realize the intense labor and pain required in operating a scanner with your thumb. Maybe these carriers are not up to the job? Is the $25 billion meant for medical claims for sore thumbs? By the way, talk about the hard life, UPS drivers actually had to count and verify package count Then sign for them. Ack!

@coogrfan That might of happened but it doesn't excuse a careless mail carrier.
