  1. I think an 8.7% increase in social security benefits aren't going to boost inflation all that much, 8.7% doesn't buy you much more in liquor and broads these days. More than likely the money will get grabbed by landlords, property taxes and medical bills. I do not see an onrush to WalMart to buy Disco party lights sets and back massagers for your Lazyboy recliners.
