  1. Commentators should be sued for inaccurate opinions. Also if they discuss subjects they know little about. No person or business will take on any risks that might bankrupt them. If left to people like Briahna, we wouldn't have electricity today. I would suppose electric companies would have to document every volt they generate and how every user used them.

  3.  @Naytster14  The same thinking could be applied to a variety of products... so why stop at gun makers? Progressive commentators are loaded with inaccurate opinions, maybe they should be hearing from lawyers after all the damage they have done.

  4.  @Naytster14  I did get your point, I just expanded upon it. If the sue approach is good for one thing, it is good for others. I agree, they want to sue away on guns to drive gun makers out of business. Fix why kids go on killing sprees, you will probably correct other social problems as well. . Our justice system is a cash/ATM machine for lawyers.
