I would love listening to a story or discussion on a book about the decline in American retailing and the interview would end with the author saying you can get the book on Amazon.

@jupitercyclops6521 Maybe I wasn't clear. That is how the interviews would end. For years interviews would end with you can get it on Amazon. Rarely a word of support towards local book sellers who contributed to the local economy. Our business district is like a ghost town with several stores closed (pre-covid). Between a WalMart not far away and operations like Amazon, there is no going downtown to buy some clothing anymore. The stores are all gone.
