  3. The problem a lot of products are no longer made in the west, it is Chinese made or nothing. Even if a western company has labeled a product, the product is still made in China.

  4. A company doesn't own anything in China. You do not toe the line, the Communist Party will make sure you know their displeasure. Xi Jinping makes sure everything in China serves the Party. Everything.

  5.  @jamesbarca7229  I was commenting on how many products are only made in China today, more so if it is legacy type products that do not have huge current demand. Genocide or not, if you need a part and it's only available from China, you buy it from China, like it or not. Western companies aren't interested unless they see huge numbers. I understood your point fully, it is just American companies have no interest and are perfectly happy to let China have the business that isn't huge numbers or huge dollars.
