  5. A visual inspection may not have caught the journal that overheated and caught fire because it only happens when the train is in motion. This is why electronic brakes would not make a difference. Briahna made a snarky comment about railroads going after graffiti vandals but she doesn't realize these vandals spray paint over vital inspection and safety data and it maybe possible railroad employees might have caught a car that was due for inspection and safety checks but couldn't see the date information. Trains should be reduced in size. Many derailments are minor and as for Wobbly Robbie, railroads do pay for damage if the damage is noteworthy.
