  3. Some industries are too important to shut down. If you want to have a normal 9 to 5 job, railroading is not the job you want. That said I could see no reason that 2 days of personal time could not be granted.

  4.  @goodwifeweaver  Profits are overplayed though the word makes a nice emotional flash point. When railroads were losing money it is a safe bet Briahna wasn't on here crying about it. In transportation you better make your profits when the sun shines. The lean years follow and then you have to start firing workers.
