  1. Kim gets it. There is no such thing as a private company in China. Every business, no matter how small is subject to the whims of the Chinese Communist Party. This includes ALL operations in China of American companies.

  2. American companies can fight back. In China, companies can fight back, but the government can step in and replace management with one that will hold the correct views. The disposed management will disappear from sight. The Chinese Communist Party can be very persuasive.
