NATO should have gone into Ukraine. It would have been the only language the Russians would understand.

@marywalters1181 I would say the United States has too many defense treaties which gets us stuck in an endless war cycle. Wars like Vietnam were poorly fought. Other operations served no useful purpose. Considering Russia's history, a fight might be necessary. I would guess if NATO came in fast and hard Russia would have backed off Ukraine as Russia has no one to help them outside of Belarus (not exactly a international powerhouse). Who knows, maybe half their army would defect to NATO.
