  2.  @taurussho86  The real question is... ...when do they say anything worthwhile? The Confederate battle flag is part of American history. It represents more than slavery but a view of over bearing government. Time has shown the South was not wrong on that matter.

  3. The South was right about an overbearing federal government. From what I have seen, there is no decrease in racism from Blacks with the removal of the Confederate battle flag.

  4.  @Unfamous_Buddha  If you ever bothered to read any history, you would find Lincoln did not want the South to feel vanquished but part of the United States again. There was a handshake agreement that the South could honor it's dead and it's leaders. This was agreed to by the very people who fought the Civil War.
