  1. Biden keeps allowing illegals in and bringing in more refugees, rental costs will go up. The answer will be build new small box apartments on every last empty space in cities and do the same in suburbs. The United States will end up looking like some parts of southern California now and all of it at great cost to the taxpayer. As for college, all those dummies that are deep in college debt fail to understand basic market function, too much loose cash raises the cost of a product. If the college educated Millennials fail to understand that, maybe they deserve the debt.
