  1. I looked up one board who was forcing CRT on their employees and for the most part the board was white and none of them look liked they spent 5 minutes in the sun for the last 5 years. CRT seems like a guilt offering forced on the helpless for a feel good moment for the well moneyed elites.

  2.  @LJRoss-zv8hw  No mystery, look at the companies that announce they are going to save the world by forcing their employees into these programs. Go to their websites and look up the company's board members. Anyone could do it.
