  3.  @Gouthamedara  Hydro chloroquine is a tested, off the shelf medicine. The Covid vaccine is experimental and has not had the advantage of time to fully prove itself out. The embargo was put in place early last year because there was no vaccine and the materials would be needed to make it. The U.S. at this point is not fully vaccinated and is still waiting for remaining supplies. None the less, the U.S. has sent some vaccine does overseas. The U.S. is also sending Indian vaccine makers financing so these operations can expand their production in India.

  4.  @Gouthamedara  The United States had on order enough vaccines. Biden released extra vaccines only after the supply for the U.S.. was assured. Deliveries are still coming in because not everyone in the U.S. has been vaccinated.
