  4.  @metalbean813  When billionaires do less, there is less for poor people. No poor countries can offer their citizens much of anything. But at least just about everyone in them is equally poor :)

  5.  @metalbean813  I do not think you have any business telling anyone they made too much. But what could be done is antitrust action, better trade deals, and even investment banking for little people, allowing them to obtain credit as well as small dollar investment programs that would allow the poorer to build wealth. We have had decades of wealth transfers and you people complain things are no better. So why do the same thing over and over expecting a different result? And for those who have a European social fetish, Europe is not in great shape financially speaking and like the U.S., they live on borrowed money and borrowed time.
