Ryan was born in Allentown... that explains a lot. Mack Trucks had a history of moving. They had a huge complex in New Jersey which they closed to move to Allentown, Pennsylvania. Then they moved to South Carolina. No doubt they will leave South Carolina. One part of the equation that is never mentioned is customers and their purchasing decisions. I do not think corporations would mind paying workers $100/hr is they knew customers would support it by buying their products. You see this now in the drug industry. The business tends to pay better and offer better benefits but that comes at the cost of higher prices. So, what does the Left do? They complain about prices and argue we should get our drugs from India. Or is it the Left just likes Indians?
