Na, this is something the private market will not/can not fix.

@MrJpmoneypants The areas that will be the most difficult to fix are high density population cities. I know the arguments concerning zoning. In some cases the government may have to replace a 4 story apartment complex with a 10 story. The suburbs may have to accept taller buildings.

Low interest rates helped drive up costs because that gave more room for higher home sales prices. The guest is right, you need a federal program that will build apartments to rent at a percentage of income and with the land removed from the real estate market. Yea, it will be expensive but cheaper than having a growing homeless population throughout the nation. Finally, Briahna did a segment on something worthwhile. It took ages but she finally did it. I guess it will be a few years before she does it again.

@MrJpmoneypants The private market already ran prices through the roof. Okay, some pun intended, but not a lot.
