  2. @Pops allen I am not from California. I do wonder if PG&E equipment was fine when there was a bit more moisture in the air and faults only show up now because things are drier. How much of this is really PG&E's fault? California is essentially a dessert propped up by an artificial water supply.

  3. Ryan nailed it... it's all the almond's fault. California had a plan for water supply but it was ignored. The state knew what California would look like in 2000, drew up a plan and spent the money on a zig zag of a high speed train instead.

  4. That is not considered a natural process so it can't be used. Fire is a natural process. And it is effective.
