  1. I think landlords are seeing their properties can be seized to serve a political or social purpose. Once done the next time around will be easier to seize. Something to keep in mind when investing. They can sue their tenants but if the tenants have no money, well they have no money to pay the back rent due and should tax payers have to make up landlord's losses? This is a risk of investing, they have something that is basic to life (like food).
