  1. Brazil's Lula doesn't seem to be hitting all the right notes and he may be living in a time long past. BRICS isn't quite the home run Brazilians thought it would be and many feel uncomfortable becoming too dependent on China. Brazil has slowly been tilting to a more liberal society while they are now tied to two unliberal countries, China and Russia. Maybe Argentina is taking this all into consideration.
