  3.  @amanvirsingh6607  I think the time savings at this point would be more important than getting the medicine on the cheap. Dead people do not need discounts. Biden didn't want the materials released until the U.S. had enough material. After several mistakes and confusion, releasing the materials would have caused a huge problem for the Biden Administration plus there news was saying thing in India were looking better (and there would be no emergency). I guess the news was wrong.

  4.  @amanvirsingh6607  The fact India did not test other vaccines is not the fault of the United States. The reason for the ban which was placed last year is to prevent shortages in the United States when there was little vaccine available. The ban had nothing to do with India. The United States will also be funding Indian vaccine makers to help them expand domestic production IN India, something I have not seen mentioned. You may not like my replies but look at the replies I have to reply too ;)
