  1. On a merit based system a certain race does not perform well, so DEI became the answer. Asians for instance do too well and the DEI types needed to put a stop to that. DEI like EEOC are designed to make sure a 5'4" man gets on the basketball team. Sort of like dropping the net 2 feet so the short guy can get some baskets.

  2. He wasn't bad and tried to reach agreement over dragging businesses into court. As A Supreme Court judge he is a Conservative and despite the attacks on him he has been well tempered.
