  5. Latin America has problems because of their erratic policies. Brazil is doing fine. Colombia is doing fine. Chile was doing fine. All are capitalist. Even Costa Rico is doing fine. Mexico has had good growth.

  6.  @strongchallenger2269  Every country can decide who they wish to support or not. In a few cases the U.S. helped certain groups because the alternatives were even worse. In Latin America many times the only choice was between pile of garbage politician A or pile of garbage politician B. In a few instances where you had more choices, you can add pile of garbage politician C to the list.
