  1. LOL. You do not understand. If you are in the PLA, you do not have to carry a gun if you do not want to. You can sleep until 10am every morning. You get your choice of designer coffees. Take any day off you like. There's a war but you you don't feel like fighting, well, just say no. Brandon Bryant just joined the wrong army, that's all. He should have joined the Chinese military where everyday is a lark and a good time. Weekends off and lots of pretty girls. CGTN sometimes is unintentionally funny.

  2. The border clash between India and China several months ago Chinese soldiers hurt people and broke things. This is what the military is for. I am not sure why CGTN would post this. Their military will be expected to attack Taiwan with the intent of doing a great deal of damage. Any Chinese soldier that does not do their duty will not be given an honorable discharge with a sympathetic pat on the back. As for Bryant, he knew what the army does and is for.

  3.  @theangrycanuck8331  So goes the theory but bombs can end up not where they were intended to go and civilians can be used as shields. Or you get bad information on where to fire your missiles. Or civilians can walk right into a hot zone.
