  2. A guy who drops 6 figures plus in local taxes is doing more then some character calling everything Fascist and racist. You might pay a higher percentage but what they pay buys more, much more.

  3.  @brianbatie6650  Even with loopholes the rich pay the vast majority of income taxes. This is just a mere statement of fact. You would even be paying more or having less without them. At some point they will decide whether living in New York City is worth it or not. If they leave you get to pick up the slack.
