  1. The current federal minimum wage is $7.25/hr. Not sure you have a issue of major proportions here.

  2.  @wesss9353  Would you feel better if the notice said $7.25 up to $15.00? Joe was pms'ng. I think the manager of the store assumes everyone wants $15/hr. The store is letting you know you might get $15/hr.
