My sister still lives in Central New Jersey. Nice area, once moderately priced. She tells me the current price of rents and property taxes. A lot of development has taken place and what ever is put up gets sold or rented fast. Moderate seems to be gone now. A lot of the open spaces are gone. I do not know if the people coming in now are commuters that work in New York City or are former New Yorkers but they keep on coming.
