  18. The trial is a tragic commentary on American culture. Governors, mayors, city counsels and our court systems have continuously allowed rioters to riot, loot, destroy and attack with impunity. They have hobbled law enforcement who are regularly ordered to "stand down". That results in the people stepping in...and thus higher likelihood of incidents like this.
