That also includes the highest property taxes in the country. Chicago is a nightmare in terms of sky high crime. CTA ridership is plummeting because it's not safe. Schools in Chicago are among the worst in the nation. The state is seeing a mass exodus of people and a shrinking tax base. But Pritzker is doing such a wonderful job lol!
