  1. No. Crime is up. 'Actual Justice Warrior' recently fact checked you on your false claims. He's checked others who false claim on this topic as well. Total numbers are more important than per capita numbers. Blue cities have the highest total numbers. However, if you want to go with per capita numbers, blue counties have higher per capita numbers than red counties. Please stop the spin and talk reality instead. Thanks.
