  2. So you do know that impeachment wasn't bipartisan. Democrats actually led that effort. Their goal was to get Trump out of office. So it's pretty meaningless.

What Obama set up was duplicative of work being done within other agencies in the Trump administration. I mean you wouldn't have two separate Departments Of Defense right? Were you aware that NYC auctioned off it's ventilator stockpile prior to Covid hitting?
