  1. Senator John Kennedy's bizarre speech is a red herring. It's neither here nor there. Democrats embrace anti-intellectualism. In academia, they support lowering the bar in the name of equity for those who can't hack it. They support doing away with Advanced and AP coursework. They prefer to focus on "social justice" instead of math, science, reading, writing, etc. They reject any and all data, science and studies that do not support their worldviews. They support replacing classic works which are the gold standard, with pseudo-intellectual sub-par diatribes centering around identity and victimization politics. They dislike our meritocracy and equality of opportunity. Rather they support equality of outcome. Yikes!
