  6.  @kitsunekierein7253  No. What we saw on Jan 6 was a political justice rally that some people took too far. Those who breached the capitol should be charged with trespass to government property and in some cases battery if they tussled with security because that's not Ok. That's criminal. The rest of the people there were exercising their first amendment rights to protest what they saw as election irregularities. They were concerned for the fabric of our democracy and the integrity of our elections. Also, please stay on topic. I have no clue what the Confederacy has to do with this. It's 2021, not 1860! Strange reference. Also what's with the bizarre reference to "ethno-states" lol?

  7.  @kitsunekierein7253  We won't dredge up ancient history. We'll do no such thing. As for Covid, Trump's China travel ban saved countless lives. He was called a "racist" for doing yeoman's work. Blame primarily falls to China, the WHO, Bill De Blasio, Andrew Cuomo and the left wing riots and demonstrations that were not socially distanced. There's a difference between the right and left as it relates to elections. The right supports preserving our democracy and the integrity of our elections while the left tries to find any way it can to destroy it. The left is hell bent on installing a dictatorial regime but are being thwarted by conservatives. That's why they're running around like chickens with their head's cut off. As for the puffery, delusions of grandeur and veiled threats I'm going to completely ignore those and take the moral high ground. The level of my discourse will not sink into the sewers.

  8.  @kitsunekierein7253  You may be surprised to know that I personally don't believe the election was "stolen". That being said there were irregularities, odd coincidences and strange things that happened in many states. What exactly happened in each case could be argued about for days and days with each side running around in circles. Because the stakes, fervor and rhetoric on both sides was already at a boiling point, those irregularities tipped conservatives over the edge. I fully support their right to protest outside the capitol peacefully. I can also admit that Trump was very bitter and petulant about losing. The people who stormed the capitol as I said before should be criminally charged. But what really bothers me though is that there most certainly is a double standard in play. We saw over a year and half of extreme violence, looting, business being burned to the ground / livelihoods lost, innocent people attacked, court houses, jails and municipal buildings under siege, etc. The Legacy Media, Democrats and the left in general have tried to completely bury that under the rug and only focus on the 6th ad nauseum. That's insanely intellectually dishonest to me. It also looks like the vast majority of charges are being dropped.
