  1. Actually the "recovery" plan was caused by the general good prospects in the 2016-2019 period wherein the stoking of the 2019-20 flu season had to be exacerbated. Things economic are self correcting if not deliberately interfered with. That no one is at the helm has little to do with either trend. Trump didn't induce the good weather years nor Biden this little squall. Getting excited over this and knee jerk reacting is exactly what not to do. The War of the Worlds broadcast should have taught us that by now. I think this one, to be honest, wasn't that good of an idea.
