  3. My comment is about the money here. Don't go off half cocked thinking I'm defending slander, libel or endangerment or haven't an understanding of the limitations of free speech. People will bend things to fit their avaricious ends

Well I don't know the details of his thinking, but say he claimed the parents were actors, whom by participating in a false flag or hoax were fulminating anti-gun sentiments or assissting in establishing a police state, then such could be interpreted as slander, and libel if printed. And truth is the only valid defense. As it turned out, evidently, the accusations weren't true. So that makes a valid tort and actionable. Something like that. My post was in relation of damages like in the days of doctor-patient injury claims and we saw those compensatory awards going through the roof. I should have said "freed(dom of) speech for radio people", as targets those figures are going to attract suers.
