For those who pay provocateurs, political leverage that ultimately devolves upon banker's money flow into or away from a region. Currency values. Near and Middle East currency is already being destabilized. There are so many more nefarious motives than innocent or simple sly ones, but that is pretty much it. War itself is a banker's game.
