Who would develop a plan to build anything and not parse the economics of it? None of these details are ever openly discussed. All the noise elsewhere are pure distraction. And remember a wall keeps people in as well as out. Then whats next? A canadian wall. A wall around each state? Very likely to go state to state soon everyone will need a visa and have background checks, and a warrant in one state will be cause for detention in and deportation from another. The American mega-prison is being built and we dont even know it.
