  1. Like nothing is fake on the internet or Google . . . Why didn't he send her a copy before her appearance? I know nothing about her or the letter, but I see Kennedy intentionally blindsiding and sandbagging and I don't respect that either. Wouldn't fly in a real court. Disclosure is part and parcel of equanimity in the justice system. But this is grandstanding and currying praise from casual observers, "Oh that Kennedy pulls no punches! He's on our side!" Think so? I don't.
