I wouldn't laugh, I'd ask "be specific, exactly what in the prior rulings or readings got missed? What, if anything was 'writ small' in them?"

@javierfeliciano2918 : she is very sharp, but I would still like to hear their rationale against her argument more fully, because precedent law gets away with a lot of things that ought to be reexamined. I still think what Biden's lawyers are trying to justify is the purest BS
