  1. So restaurants can reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, but a web designer cannot? This is silly. I prefer to to subsidize some restaurants, and not others, but can those I reject require I eat there nonetheless?

  2.  @evilrobots  : Refusing service has to be accompanied as to why? Isn't it implicit that freedom of speech also implies freedom to not speak?
