  1. Anything not revealed is the point. So you can't say "everything is revealed and available". I believe the prior assertion's intent was that when a Republican majority is in that not a penny will go to Ukraine where there are hidden factors or without thorough oversight of how those monies are being spent. That quick mumble, to paraphrase, about "certain things can't be revealed" was nothing less than gobbledegook slyness. Part of their oaths should include one has to be honest and not a liar
