  1. A flag for a city by definition already includes all citizens. If citizens with particular stripes of adherence wish to loft their banner, let it be somewhere other than a city government base. By allowing one to have city government conscience to fly but not another citizen says those denied aren't citizens. For example denying a nazi flag over their city hall as well as a Christian flag equates nazism and Christianity as anathema, abhorrent. These issues are inappropriate for a city body to undertake deciding, to say nothing about the Constitutional separation of church and state, that is, forbiddance of a union of church and state. All in all this is a silly waste of the valuable time of our highest court. It is repugnant they have given this issue so much time and turned a blind eye against the irregularities of the last presidential election hiding behind the straw man issue of "standing". Pathetic.
