  1. So the bill Trump advocated for and was blocked by democrats, now has legs because advocated under democrats? Omnibus bills, gluts of riders and unrelated junk ought to be outlawed. You'd need a team of 20+ people to just skim read them all, 50+ to absorb and parse them.. or read all through their "vacation" time.
