  1. Voting by ballot, in person, with a pen was good enough for 200 years. The thing was not broke. Then they broke it with machinery and electronics. Delivery of ballots to polling centers has always been the weak link. Few had the option of voting AT the central polling center. Shenanigans have always been possible by delivery. But the most reliable, short of first person, for delivery, has been the USPS.
